Personal experience of consultants in these projects is greater than 10 years. Establishes criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of principles of quality management, among which are a strong focus on the customer, motivation and commitment of top management, process approach and continuous improvement.
Establishes criteria for an environmental management system. This standard does not state requirements for environmental performance, but maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environmental management system.
Food Safety Management System. Standard sets out the requirements for food safety management system and maps what the organization should do to demonstrate its ability to control the hazards that affect food safety, in order to ensure that the food is safe.
Food safety management system that is based on the analysis and control of potential biological / microbiological, chemical and physical hazards to which the raw materials are exposed, possible hazards when handling, production, distribution and consumption of the final product. Its use implies respect of standard operating procedures and guidelines that reduce risks to food safety.
International Food Standard. IFS Food is a standard for certification of companies that handle food or companies that pack food products. IFS Food is applied only when the product is “processed” or “handled”, or if there is a risk of product contamination during the primary packaging.
